Framing a Dartboard
Super, smashing, great!
Always keen when it comes to framing sports memorabilia we recently took on a dart board framing job. The dartboard itself was very old, well used and incredibly heavy, for a dart board!
The photos below show the process of framing the board, from creating the mount to attaching the dartboard.

If you have some sports memorabilia you’d like framing then please take a look at our Shirt Framing page for further details.
Without the frame here’s the dartboard in it’s mount. Red (Inner) and Black (Outer) have been used as an embellishment to the colours of the dartboard to really connect
Close up of the inner Mount (See the offset bevel) which adds to the overall design when seen from the front
The Black/Black Core mount is cut within 5mm of the diameter of the dartboard to add a further element to the project
Packing to elevate and support the mount, so sagging does not occur. Also holds in place the inner lining black trim
